PhysioX Method

Philosophy

Have you ever had to consciously think about lifting one foot after the other just to walk? Probably not. That's because human movement is subconsciously controlled by the nervous system.

However, after an injury, your body may start moving differently, developing what we call compensation patterns. Over time, these patterns can compound, leading to pain and discomfort that often seems to come “out of nowhere.” And the root cause of the pain is rarely at the site where you feel it. This is why traditional rehab that focuses only on symptoms often fails in the long run.

At PhysioX, our method reverses these compensation patterns and replaces them with new, more efficient patterns that feels second nature for your body. This approach allows all your joints to move freely and in harmony, leading to lasting relief that you’ve always hoped for.

Phase 1- Create New Patterns

Start by eliminating old, inefficient compensation patterns and introducing new, effective ones. With just a few minutes of practice each day, many of our clients experience dramatic improvements, feeling their bodies move in ways they never thought possible.

Phase 2- Solidify New Patterns

Movements that once felt uncomfortable will become smoother and more natural. At this stage, you’ll add strength and intensity to your new movement patterns to ensure they become second nature. Prepare to embrace a body that feels confident and capable of handling life's normal demands.

Phase 3- Conquer Your Goals

Whether it’s playing with your kids, running a marathon or returning to your favorite sport, we ensure your body is more than ready to meet the challenges ahead. Face any obstacle with confidence, knowing your body is ready to take you where your mind wants to go! Live Life Without

What does your Nervous System has to do with your pain? Watch this short video to find out!

I have always been very injury prone, which is limited me from achieving a lot of my fitness and athletic goals throughout the years. I had back pain, foot pain, knee pain, pain from an old injury. It was just something I accepted. Dr. J started treating me in November 2022. He was able to isolate the source of my current struggles and as we worked on those issues, I felt immediately different. He was there every step of the way as I undertook training for a marathon and every week, it was some new pain. Every week, he isolated the issue and resolved it. He was instrumental in helping me achieve a lifelong goal and living a pain free and healthy life! My being able to run 26.2 miles was largely due to his commitment to improving the health and lives of his patients and his knowledge. I would recommend PhysioX to anyone!—
